My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is lovely and quiet, and I felt quite safe there. The team members, including Benedict and Angel, really made me feel welcome and were very professional. However, I felt that the dining experience could have been improved, and I encountered a few issues with my room that affected my overall experience.
